Reliability through RAG architecture

AI Summary Search uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Rather than generating answers from memory, the AI searches actual corporate disclosure documents and summarises only those results. The source paragraphs behind every summary are always available to verify.

Corporate disclosures are searched Integrated reports, securities reports, and sustainability disclosures are searched for relevant paragraphs. The AI retrieves from real documents only — it does not generate answers from training data.

AI generates a summary The extracted paragraphs are summarised by AI into a concise overview of key points. The summary is based solely on the search results — not on the AI's own knowledge.

Verify the source documents The original paragraphs behind the summary are shown below under "Show Evidence". You can always cross-check the AI summary against the primary source material.

  • Summaries are generated from the top-ranked search result paragraphs and do not represent the complete content of any disclosure document.
  • AI-generated summaries are for reference only. For official corporate positions or financial figures, always consult the primary source (securities reports etc.).
  • This is at an experimental development stage. Summary quality is continuously improving. Usage is limited to 25 searches per day.
  • English queries are automatically translated to Japanese for the search, and Japanese summaries are translated back to English. Translation accuracy has inherent limitations.
Sanpo Search AI Summary combines standard search functionality with Google Gemini-powered summarisation.

Only the actual corporate disclosure paragraphs retrieved by the search are passed to the AI as input for summary generation (RAG: Retrieval-Augmented Generation). The AI does not draw on its own training knowledge — summaries are grounded entirely in real source documents.

Source paragraphs are always accessible via "Show Evidence". AI summaries should be treated as a reference tool, not a definitive source.
